Strength training with Les Mills – it works!! Bars and hand weights in rhythmic combinations set to music that inspires you to new achievements every time. This is the way to shape your muscles, get stronger and have a great time!
You’ll use a step platform, a bar and a selection of weights to suit your fitness level. If you’re new to resistance training, or if you’re out of shape, you should start with light weights.

CX Worx

Thirty minutes of Les Mills CXWORX is all you’ll need to give your core a challenging workout that features a mix of isolation exercises (like crunches or leg extensions) that target specific muscles and integrated moves that use two or more muscle groups together.
